Recipe: Whatever Sandwich!

15 Mar

This is a “make it how you like it” recipe. Just combine whatever sounds good from the following categories:

Protein: chicken, tuna, ham, turkey, hard boiled eggs. You can just open a can if you’re in a hurry or use something that you’ve cooked up. Great for using up leftovers!

Tuna, Celery, Carrots, Red Bell Pepper

Veggies: carrot, onion, bell pepper, celery (don’t toss the celery leaves, you can throw them in to0!), pickles, relish and if you like sweet you can even thow in some apple chunks

Condiments: Mayonnaise, miracle whip, mustard (mustard adds nice flavor and is a lot less calories than mayonnaise and no fat)

Seasoning: Lemon pepper, black pepper, salt, celery salt, garlic powder…your options are endless!

Serve on bread with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes or whatever your favorite sandwich toppings are! You can also serve with crackers. Enjoy!
